Present Perfect continuous
Es el present perfect del verbo TO BE (I have been) seguido del present participle del verbo principal (raíz + -ing).
I've been working here for 5 years
I've been working here for 5 years sería Lleva trabajando aquí 5 años.
Aquí se explica muy bien:

Conviene recordar que los verbos de estado (To be, have, think, belive, know, remember, love, hate, enjoy, see, hear..., es decir, los que se refieren a situaciones que no cambian) no se usan en forma progresiva (ni present continuous ni present perfect continuous).

Present perfect or past simple
- I went to Cuba last year.
- They saw a movie yesterday
pero
- They have seen a movie
- I have been in Cuna in the last year (no es tiempo específico)

- I have lived here since October.
- I'd known Jim since 1999
